Workshop: Inspired by Jean-Michel Basquiat

Today we’ll learn about Black artist Jean-Michel Basquiat and his abstract drawings of heroic figures. Children will work on their own “hero” drawings to take home after the class. Did you know: Jean-Michel Basquait rose to fame in the late 1970s partly due to his graffiti art.
