Create, explore, and make something new each week! Inspired by cultures, celebrations, animals, traditions, and stories from around the world, Global Makers invites children to participate in hands-on creative projects connected to the museum's weekly themes.

From imaginative creations and themed crafts to special seasonal projects, each session offers a unique opportunity to learn, create, and take home something made by hand.

August Weekly Themes

  • Week 1 (Aug. 2–8): Make It Together!
  • Week 2 (Aug. 9–15): Create Around the World!
  • Week 3 (Aug. 16–22): Nature Makes Art!
  • Week 4 (Aug. 23–31): Build It. Test It. Try It!

Young Makers (ages 5–8): 1:30pm
Tween Studio (ages 9–12): 3:00pm
